Important Note: The tutorials you will find on this blog may become outdated with new versions of the program. We have now added a series of built-in tutorials in the application which are accessible from the Help menu.
You should run these to discover the Hub.

I work with a websites from about 12 different countries, and was not able to apply scrapers to a Hungarian (.hu) website. My first thought was redirects and secure sites? If the source URL in Google results led to a redirect or secure page, would the “Apply Scraper” function stop there?
Thanks
Alex

Alex (and all), please use the bug report form to describe the strange behaviors you identify. You cannot include URLs in these blog comments and we would really need to see and correct the specific cases you are talking about.

Before or during the spring, we are going to work on a set of sample scrapers, macros, mashups etc. which will constitute a base library that you will be able to modify and personalize. Do register on our site and ask us if you want us to send you beta versions when we have them. But please, be a little patient as our next release will be quite substantial and we are working around the clock at the moment.

Hi,
I use Dale’s example as a walk through tutorial, using the same site and exact steps per your video. Somehow I am not able to get the same output in the scraped result. Instead of showing me the title/desc/link, what I get is a one row with 17 columns of link.
This tool is great but there’s not enough video tutorials to show us how to use it.
What is lacking is a user/ support desk that we can pose questions and get answers. You need that to scale the sales.

Hi Henry,
The latest 2.0 version adds step-by-step wizards, that are in my opinion better than videos. You will find them in the “Help” > “Tutorials” menu, and more will come in the future.
If you still have questions or problems, feel free to use our support system (in the “Help” menu in the application).
We generally answer within the day.
Best regards,
